Do I need to have episodes recorded already?
You can get started while you’re still planning your show. You’ll need to record and prepare your episodes for publication. Your promotion starts once the show is live and the ad is approved, so listeners have something to discover.
What does 15,000 ad listens mean?
It is the delivery allocation for your promotional ad across podcast placements. It is not a promise of 15,000 new subscribers, unique listeners or downloads of your own show. People choose whether to click, listen and follow.
Can my new show earn through Lucid too?
Yes. As part of your hosting setup, we connect your show to Lucid for monetization, including the ad prefix and hosting connection needed for placements and tracked show-notes links. Your own promotion and your monetization setup are both part of the launch. Paid placements depend on your audience, advertiser fit and available campaigns, so setup does not guarantee immediate ads or earnings.
What do I need to budget for separately?
Your hosting subscription and any recording equipment or ongoing episode editing are separate. This package covers the launch setup, artwork, description, planning and promotion listed above. You own and manage your hosting account.
Will the package renew automatically?
No. Launch with Lucid is a one-off package. After your included campaign, you can choose to continue on Growth at $300 USD per month or another available plan. Ongoing promotion requires your agreement.
How long does it take to launch?
We agree on the timeline with you based on your episode readiness, feedback and platform approvals. The launch plan gives you clear next steps, and we begin promotion when the show is ready for listeners.
